"Featured Bloggers"
There are two ways to share your story on StageofLife.com. You can do this as either as a regular member or as a "Featured Writer/Blogger"...
Promote Your Blog on StageofLife.com
1. Regular Storyteller Members: If you haven't already, register on StageofLife.com. It's free and it allows anyone the opportunity to upload a story.
You'll see the green "Share Your Story Now" buttons throughout the site or the green "Share a Story" tab near the top of each page. Use those to submit your stories, and they'll appear on the site on the home page for that stage (scroll down till you see it) and under the green "Read a Story" tab found near the top of every page. Anyone can do this at anytime to upload a story.
2. Featured Bloggers: However, after you've uploaded a few stories, if you want to get more involved, contact us directly about being considered as a Featured Writer. You need to have shared a story on StageofLife.com in at least 3 of the 10 life stages before being considered as a Featured Blogger. Send us an email with the urls of where those posts appear on the site. We'll review and will contact you.
Example: A teen writer would submit an essay about an issue concerning their life as a high school student, an essay about a special memory of their grandparent (submitted in the Grandparents stage) and maybe an essay about their home or even under the stage parenting if say they have an older sibling who just had a baby (submitted under those two stages). With these stories entered on Stage of Life, we can review how the writer talks about various life stages and consider him/her as a "Featured Writer"

Featured Blogger Placements: In each stage of life on our site, we have three "Featured Blogger" stories/essays that appear immediately after the From the Editor piece. Example: Check out the high school stage and look at the top three stories under the Editor's Welcome blog. These entries come from writers and bloggers that we've hand selected to feature as part of our core writing team here on Stage of Life. We also have a special feed/page in each stage for the Featured Writers' essays to appear.
Our door is always open for writers and bloggers who want to add their voice to our project. Don't hesitate to contact us and please feel free to share this invitation with friends or family who may be blogging or writing and looking for more exposure.
